Cast Acrylic Tubes and Rods

Each tube or rod is individually inspected at each stage of the manufacturing process, from casting to shipping.

US Cast acrylic tubes and rods conform to specifications of ASTM D5436, including type UVA Finish 1, and are compliant with CFR 21 177.1010 for contact with food.

Cast Acrylic Tubes

Outside diameters range from 1.5" to 8.0"

Wall thicknesses range from 0.125" to 0.375"

All tubes come standard in 5' lengths but can be cut to smaller size

Cast Acrylic Rods

Diameters range from 0.375" to 6.0"

Rods in diameters 0.375" to 2.0" are cast in 8' lengths

Rods in diameters 2.25" to 3.0" are cast in 6' lengths

Rods in diameters 3.25" to 6.0" are cast in 5' lengths

All rods can be cut to smaller lengths
